Free pickup is available from the Priory Wellness Centre, 154 Cannifton Road North, Belleville, Ontario, after payment has been received.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges or processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes and fees required for delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Important Information for U.S. Customers

Effective August 29, 2025, the United States removed the duty-free exemption previously available for shipments valued at US$800 or less. As a result, all orders containing merchandise that are shipped from Canada to the United States must now be assessed for applicable import duties and customs fees, which must be prepaid before the package can cross the border.

The customer is responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs, taxes and processing fees. These charges may be added at checkout or collected before the order is dispatched. Orders cannot be shipped until all required customs charges have been paid. The new customs process may also result in additional delivery delays.
