Alternatively you can have the items shipped.We use the following flat rates.

Ceramic mugs and coasters are carefully wrapped and boxed to minimize the risk of breakage in transit.
If an item arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include a photo of the item and packaging
